Hey guys I can find my 2TB hard drive, It shows in my window computer but not on my WD LIVE TV Streaming, . I have try resetting the WD live TV , plugging it off the wall power sourse and nothing happened and my 2 TB is NTFS formatted. Play any surggestion will be very helpful to be able to run this thing… The WD runs well with my flash drive…
try a different drive since it does not seem to be compatible
theoretically any drive should work… but whenever this happens they rarely work…
try doing a firmware update as a last resort
Check the list of compatible drives
