Cant see picture previes on MyCloud

Hi everyone,

First sorry for my bad english. I have a problem with previewing pictures online using IE, Chrome, Mozzila…

I send public link for some folder with pictures to me (or anyone else, doesnt matter) and when I open it in browser it shows me listed all pictures that are shared. When I click on them, they open in full screan but everything black and broken picture icon thumbnail in left top corner. When I download it I see it fine. So I need to download all pictures and search for right instead choosing online what to download. What to do? Thans for answer.

What firmware are you running on the unit?

Have you tried reinstalling the app?

WDMyCloud v04.04.02-105 : Core F/W

This is my firmware, it says it is latest. I dont understand question, do you think I need to reinstal Chrome, Mozzila…?

Hi, I’ve been experiencing the same from day one. I’ve uploaded thousands of pictures, but I can’t preview any. I’ve had a tech take over my computer and reinstall/update and nothing has changed. I’m using windows 10, chrome on my PC and Safari on my Mac. Neither are giving me a preview.
