Hello, I’ve bought a WD MYCLOUD HOME 2TB. After unboxing it if tried to set it up using the 9 digit code, however all of my devices can’t find the MYCLOUD. I’ve tried it on 2 laptops & iPhone. I’ve tried restarting all devices without any success. Highly frustrating to buy a device which doesn’t work as expected.
