Can't share links, get error message

Hi guys, I’m new on here. Picked up a used EX4 and I finished getting it all setup and I’m on the My Cloud website.

When I click on a Folder/File that I would like to share via email I get the following error message:

  • Unknown error. Retry your last operation. If the error persists, contact WD Support for assistance. (200000)

Not sure what to do? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

If trying to share a link to a file with someone else not on your local network. Ensure Remote Access is enabled and indicated a connection in the My Cloud Dashboard > Settings. You should also read the User Manual for your My Cloud device to learn more about how to use its features and options including how to setup the unit for remote access.
