Cant upload files from Macbook

Hi,

I today went to upload a few  files today, so do the usual, select the folder i wish to upload into, go into iPhoto and then drag the photo into WD cloud, it comes up with the small green + arrow, and then i release, usually this would then upload the file, but nothing is happening. I’ve tried with photos and with music, and can’t upload any files.

Im not getting any error messages, any ideas what may be the problem?

Hello and welcome to the WD community.

Does this happen remotely or locally? Try to go to finder if this is locally and see if you can copy the files then, if it is remotely try to go to the dashboard of the unit when you are on the same network and turn off remote access, then reboot the device, once rebooted try to enable remote access again.
