Can't Write to Elements anymore :(

Hi,

My External worked fine and I have taken care of it. It’s about 8months old only.

Today I tried writing some files to it, and it hangs. The computer doesn’t freeze, just the External’s Windows and transfers never move along.

What to do?

Hi, you can run a test with DLG. If the test completes fine then some of the files might be corrupted, in that case you can use a data recovery program like recuva or testdisk.
