Cant't administrate my WD Cloud 3TB

Today I try to configure port forwarding, I think what, after this, I cant acces vía http://wdmycloud:

I put correct password, but when I click Login (‘Iniciar Sesion’ in spanish), does nothing! :frowning:

I can acces unit through mycloud.com, but from here, I can’t configure it. I do not know what to try.

If you have set or changed the Adminstrator password it can be reset to blank by performing a 4 second reset using the reset button on the back of the My Cloud. Take care to note what is reset (see below). See the following WD Support Document for more information on how to perform a 4 second reset:

Option A: 4 Second Reset (Reset with Power On)

The 4 Second Reset will reset the following:
Admin Password (No password by default)
Network Mode (Default = Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP))

Thanks Bennor, I do it and now admin not has password, but I still can’t click in button “Iniciar sesion” = “Login”:

Also I check DHCP has activated, IP MyCloud has changed and reasigned.

Only rest to probe a 40sec reset, right?

Try shutting down the web browser tab, and opening a new one, or doing a forced page refresh; the Dashboard often leaves a ‘ghost in the machine’ that responds, but doesn’t actually connect to the MyCloud…

Thanks cpt_paranoia, I try using firefox, in distints tabs, and chrome too, the behavior it’s the same, click in login button not respond… It’s really odd…

Ok, I execute the 40 Second Reset and at last I recover admin control! Thanks so mucho for your help!
