If you have set or changed the Adminstrator password it can be reset to blank by performing a 4 second reset using the reset button on the back of the My Cloud. Take care to note what is reset (see below). See the following WD Support Document for more information on how to perform a 4 second reset:
The 4 Second Reset will reset the following:
Admin Password (No password by default)
Network Mode (Default = Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP))
Try shutting down the web browser tab, and opening a new one, or doing a forced page refresh; the Dashboard often leaves a ‘ghost in the machine’ that responds, but doesn’t actually connect to the MyCloud…
Thanks cpt_paranoia, I try using firefox, in distints tabs, and chrome too, the behavior it’s the same, click in login button not respond… It’s really odd…
