CIFS Authentication Failure

I am trying to backup a Windows 10 pc to my WD Ultra 4TB NAS.

The Windows backup fails each time and the WD log shows a CIFS Authentication failure.

Solutions such as creating a local Windows account are not viable as all of the data that I use and want to back up is under a different User name.

Nothing complicated in my home system. Main requirments for NAS is Media Server and backups.

Can anyone identify a solution?
