CIFS Speed maxed out at 100 Mbps on Gigabit switch

Unable to get SMB share speed to go above 100 Mbps no matter what settings I attempt to configure using the web interface for My Cloud EX4100… Device is connected to Gigabit switch, lights on adapter confirmed to be gigabit speeds (no amber), but transferring files maxes out at about 9 MB/s.

Any suggestions?

Enabled SSH, and checked /etc/samba/smb.conf which is listed below:

I’d recommend connecting your unit into a router or a different switch in order to confirm if this is a physical issue related to your NAS.
