C'mon, Fix this Advanced RMA Issue Already!

EX2 Ultra is dead so I want to do an advance RMA and copy the drive contents over. Can’t do it because your site is trying to charge me zero dollars. And yes, I know this is the problem because I advanced RMA’d just last month successfully. Now I have to spend hours on hold to do this manually-So Frustrating because you won’t fix your website!

Any1 who runs a e-commerce site knows you can’t bill zero dollars. All this takes is your WD tech department to enter a number. Fix It Already!
