Connected to internet, but Cannot Access My Cloud on any device

Hi. I recently got a My Cloud. I’ve been running a plex server through a laptop with an external hard drive, so this made my life easier. It was working great for a few weeks, and then all of a sudden I stopped being able to access it through any device. Plex can’t access it. I can’t connect to the server through my MacBook. When I try to access it through the browser using the IP Address, it won’t load anything. It doesn’t give me any sort of “unreachable” message or anything. It just loads for eternity, never actually displaying a page. My internet works fine otherwise. The mycloud is connected via ethernet cord and has a solid blue light indicating internet connection. I’ve tried resetting it, and that works for about 5 minutes before it becomes unreachable again. Please help.
