Connecting My Cloud EX2 with LG BP620

I’m really sorry, if I’m offending someone with my stupid question, but I just don’t know what to do.

As you can guess from the Subject, I’d like to connect my LG Bluerayplayer with my new MyCloud, but I fail miserably doing so. I’d actually want to have it as a back up and additionally want to act as a media server for to my BP.

The BP is connected to my home wifi, my WD Cloud has been connected via wire (duh.)

Once again, I’m sorry for asking so stupidly, but I have no clue what to do at all.

Are you able to see the drive within your network?

Make sure that both devices are within the same workgroup.

I can see the drive in my network, if I use my laptop, but if I switch on my BP I can’t seem to find it there …

Not sure if they are in the same workgroup, but they should be afaik.
