I have a My Book Live Duo, and I was connecting it directly to my PC via the Ethernet cord. I was told to get the IP address and log in with \192.xxx.x.x and it was working fine, no problem. Now all of a sudden when I get the IP address and try to open it up as before, its say drive can’t be found!

Whats the light color on the front of the unit ? Try to reset the device to see f that helps, press the reset button on top of the Ethernet port with a paperclip or a pin for 3 to 5 seconds.
I have done the reset, but still not able to access it. The color on the front is GREEN
