Connection Status

Hi There! I have been using My Book Live 3TB and was working fine. All of a sudden it refuses to get my iPhone and laptop connect. It throws an error “Network Error - 500”. On checking the configuration I notice that the connection status shows “Connecting” while it should be showing connected. I have tried all possible suggestions but with no changes.

Any suggestion or possible links that can overcome this issue.

Because you are using a My Book Live, you should post your issue or problem to the correct subforum that discusses your device. And you can search, using the forum search feature (magnifying glass icon top right) for similar past discussions relevant to your issue in that My Book Live support subforum. The My Cloud is an entirely different device than the My Book Live.
