Connection to WD TV live

ok so here’s my problem.

I have a WD TV Live streaming media player.

I used to be able to access it and add shows to the attached 2TD external hard drive via my laptop using DLNA network connection.  But now i cannot.

To my knowledge I have not changed any settings, but for some reason the WDTV no longer shows when i open my network as a external hard drive via my documents 

Additional it does show now as a media device but when i click on it it opens a generic WD TD website

Can anyone help.

Hi, using WDlink you can try to map the WDTV again. Check the link below for the steps.

Please go to yor settings on WD TV Hub and check in Network Setup is DLNA Media Server set to ON.

Also check if the name of the Homegroup is the same both on your PC and Hub.
