My Cloud will not stay connected to the IP address. Have to reset the unit over and over. Also will not create a SafePoint.
I have been to Level 2 at least 5 times, no solution. I am using 4.0607 Firmware. Any Other people having similar problems.

Im sorry to know that you are having issues with your My Cloud Drive. Just for troubleshooting purposes have you tried connecting the My Cloud directly to the computer in order to narrow down the possible causes.
