I recently purchased a My Cloud Mirror 4TB model to replace my single drive MyBook Live (which works flawlessly and still in use today) and started pushing one folder at a time manually to the MyCloud Mirror via wired Gigabit Cat6.
I have successfully copied everything besides 1 folder… the folder started to copy and somewhere along the line it timed out or just crashed. The folders are showing up as Greyed out on my Finder window (Mac OS) as if they are invisible. I cannot see the files on the Mac, but the mobile cloud app will show the contents from both my android tablet and iOS devices.
The folder entire size is 23.1GB here is a pic below of what it looks like. I tried it 3X and still no success.
Rebooting, hard power down, nothing allows me to delete it. I have not tried removing the folder via the Cloud App, thats next.
