hoping someone can offer a solution to this, i would like to copy a significant amount of data from my book world edition to an external drive. problem is that i want to set this to happen since its about 150 GBs of data. right now, it appears that i have to do that through computer and computer has to stay on, etc.
any help appreciated.

i agree the pc may have to stay on but filezilla would do the job as fast as possible for you and could even shut down the pc after the job. just make sure windows doesnt go to sleep though.
