Wondering and hoping someone has come across the same issue and has a solution.
Via USB copy, I have been copying a WD My Passport External Hardrive to My Cloud Home. The Hardrive has a maximum capacity of 2TB and is just about full. It’s been copying for over a week which seems awfully slow. The My Cloud app is supposed to notify me once it is all copied but the process is ongoing. The app also indicates that so far 2.665 TB has been copied but there is less than 2 TB on the Hardrive.
So why is it still copying after a week and in excess of the actual storage? I can only surmise that it is duplicating copies.
Can anyone help please?
