Could access only 1.5TB out of 6TB

I received HGST Deskstar NAS last Friday (4/13/2018). It generated click sound every 5-second. I used HGST Drive Fitness Test for Windows. It showed the correct 6TB (5589GB). However, Disk Management only showed 1492GB (GPT). How could I get the full 5589GB? Thank.
