Hi guys, I was watching a film, then suddenly a black screen appeared and the tv live hub crashed. I tried to turn it on, but no success, it runs just a couple of seconds. Am I supposed to RMA, but it won’t change anything, it will crash again.

Is it due to the latest firmware ? Or is it the hardware ? I noticed that the wd tv live hub heats up very quickly.
It’s a known hardware issue involving the front panel power switch.
My opinion would be to return it for a refund, then buy one from a different supplier so as to not get another one from the same batch.
Is there a new model planned from WD ?
WD NEVER announces new products until the day you can buy it.
