Creating cover art backdrops for ISO files for DVD collection keeping MENU also

HI guys

I have a solution for this since i noticed some people wanted to show cover art for thier ISO image files of their DVD

collection while keeping the full format of their DVD with menu and who arnt worried about disc space.  Im intrerested to know in whether you guys like the idea or know of a better way or think its pretty usless idea and you allready know this.

In order for my collection to be successful, first you backup your dvd collection, create an image of the dvd ,make sure the iso file is the movie name otherwise rename it to the movie eg.  spiderman.iso  then used mediamaster software, it actually scanned the iso image created backdrops and also the metadata  but for some reason it doesnt create the important "folder, jpg " file which is needed to make it all work. So i created the “folder.jpg” manually and all is good you now can view your dvd iso format as a covert art image and also metadata.

Like i said anyone got a better way would be great. And again its mainly for people who dont care about disc space but want the complete dvd with the dvd interactive menu option. I really wanted this to work because i wanted to store my wedding dvd on my NAS but wanted to be able to play the menu on the dvd also. So i found it very successful. would be great if anyone had an opinion on this.

The WDTV Play doesent support MPEG-2 decoding/playback (will not play *.iso, VIDEO_TS *.vobs etc)

Are you sure you are in the correct forum ?  (did you see the above picture)

If you have one of these (see below pic) it will. Also, the SMP will happily scrape movie info from an *.iso file (without the need for 3rd party manual info creation)

Hey mate
