I have reloaded the Sentinel to factory defaults, joined the domain using the wizard on the sentinel. I used the computer connect link to add client machines. I open the launch pad on a client machine the select dashboard enter the admin password.
the dashboard says Loading a pop up briefly ( less than a second) pops up in a new window saying “remote app” the dashboard connector says “loading” for about 30 seconds then closes.
I have tried this on my local PC and 5 other client PC’s all with the same result.
If I remote desktop into the sentinel server I can open the dashboard with out issue.
I need to get this resolved ASAP. I have checked other forums found nothing. Did a google search and still nothing that pertains to my situation.
I have disabled the windows firewall and the antivirus ( avast pro) and still get the same results. I thought it might be a permissions issue but that isn’t the case as far as I can see…
Tried on the 2 non tweaked machines in safe mode with the same results. Remote app pops up for just a second then the page sits at loading and then disappears.

I know someone else must have run into this issue, I wish WD would be of some help here.
I have seen that on random clients but not all clients. When I see it, I just RDP into the server and use the dashboard there. When you are done, make sure to exit the dashboard on the server and log out of the server. You might also try a server reboot.
I have rebooted the server several times. I could live with out the client dasboards opening if it wasn’t neccasary to have them so files could be restored to those clients.
Try the dashboard in safe mode anyway. DIsable all you can and see. The dashboard in safe mode, not the pc. If it opens on the server I don’t think this will help, but try it anyway. The check that says allow me to select which add-ins to load
