Data Volume 'DataVolume' doesn't exist!

hi,

I am using WDShareSpace version 1.2.2, and attached 4 hard disks of 1TB each connected using Type ‘Raid 5’  

In storage->disk manager, status of all HDDs are Good.

But, in 'Volumes & RAID Management, Data Volume shows ‘Usage’ as ‘Unknown’, ‘Size’ as ‘Unknown’ and ‘Status’ as ‘Failed’.

The contents of ‘System Logs’ is:

Please help me fix this issue.

Hello, 

Are you able to get all the data out of the drive and try to setup the RAID again?

Also, have you tried to reset the unit?
