Dates are all messed up when transferring from Mac to My Cloud

Hi all, recently when dropping files into My Cloud from my MacBook Air running Mojave, my file date get all messed up and when I then look at those same files on my PC running Windows 10, the dates are just as stuffed… can this be fixed?
