Ddns for remote access

Dear all,
I have search in the Forum but i couldnt find enough guiding. Some of guidings are not gelingt and does not work anymore.

I have ex2 ultra and i created ddns also noip account. I verfy the the ddns in the dashboard. However i could not manage to access my nas remotely.

Can any one make a steps for me?
