I was deleting few photos and when I back to the main page about 100 movies was just gone. there is anyone way to get the files back

I had this happen. It’s a bug in the media catalog compiler. The actual vids are still on the hard disk.
Go to SETUP, then SYSTEM, then MEDIA LIBRARY, then choose to ‘Clear Media Library’. That will clear and rebuild your media library, and you will likely see all of your flicks back again.
thanks for the help, but it didn’t work. was 37 left ,now all them gone
Do you have the hub networked with a PC?
The next thing to try is to browse the hub with windows explorer (for example), find the movies folder, and you’ll hope to see the movies still there. Depending on how you moved the movies to the hub they might be in the USB Sync folders, or in the Network Sync folders.
I had all my movies in a folder named “Movies AVI”. I changed the folder name to “Movies-AVI”. Then the hub recompiled the library and found them again.
sorry mate I forgot to turn on the media library, the 37 files was there but the 100 files wasn’t
