Hi, I have the latest firmware and Media Streaming set to on, and plenty of music and video files in the Music and Video subfolders in my Public folder. Yet when I navigate to Twonky on my Xbox One, it says there are no files, and when I go to Settings–>Media in My Cloud, it says “Music Tracks:0 Pictures:0 Video:0.”
I’ve rescanned, rebuilt, and even restored to factory settings. Nothing seems to make the files show up. Even if I move a video filer out of the Video subfolder and into the main Public folder and rescan, it’s still not there. Any ideas? I have no trouble streaming to my Xbox from my MyCloud, but I can’t make it work from my My Cloud Mirror. Thanks.
