I’m sure this has been posted before, however since yesterday my DUO has started to appear offline, both on iOS/Mac. No problem with internet can see device is online by sending a ping, also appears on the router (Netgear). Have tried a software reset 5sec’s still not working, changed the ethernet, re-installed the app and software on Mac.
Have raised a support ticket no response yet, device is couple months out of warranty.
Any idea’s would be appreciated.
