I’ve transferred some DVDs over to the Hub. The folder structer is Tile-Video_TS-files including .vob files. All REGULAR video files (Just .vob, .avi, whatever) appear just fine with 1 entry, but all DVD folders/files show up 6 times on the Hub. I’ve turned it off, even unplugged it, and it’s still doing it. It’s running the latest firmware. Is this normal, or something else going on?
Go to setup and clear the media library, it should only show each file after that.
Will that just force it to recompile the library, or actually erase everything on the drive?
No not at all, it just rechecks everything.
Okay, that’s what I thought, but wanted to be SURe before I had to transfer 800 GBs again lol
Im about to do this again I guess. I also have the multiple files. I’ll will if it works. and check back
EDIT: I cleared media library and let it compile and now its all good. thanks
