I bought a my cloud 3 To, and while i am copying files from my Mac - i realized that the copy of some folders have been done properly but i cant see them from my Mac (through finder) - when i use my cloud app from the mac and a the app from my mobile, i can see that the file has been copied properly… can someone help me and tell me what should i do here
When I use the app I can see all the files in folders however when I use the finder I can see the WDMYCloud Drive and can open this, I see 4 folders, my Private one, Public One, Smartware and TimeMachineBackup. However when I go to open they are either empty or nothing happens.
The finder reports that it is connecting but it never gets there to say it has done it or say that credentials failed.
I am using MAC OSX 10.9.1.
Any ideas.
This is was a problem when I was using Aperture to create a new photo library, I never get past the four folder stage…
Another thing I have noticed is that if I open these folders using the WD QuickView App then the folder is mounted on my desk top and I can browse through the contents.
However if I go back to finder and look into the 4 folders I can’t see anything and it looks like the mac is still trying to connect to these…
Which isn’t much use to me as I want to access them thorough my finder or other mac app’s not off of the desktop. If I use finder to browse to the desktop then I can’t see these folders again.
