Can anyone shine any light on this issue? Its very frustrating having to go through all these steps just to get your new HD to work on your mac. Not only did I have to partition this drive in order to remove the “Read Only” feature on this drive, now it won’t allow me to drag and drop information on it with out giving me the error code 36. HELP!!!

Try to see if there if connecting the drive on a different computer or perhaps trying a different cable can help you with this. Also good to point out that the partition that the drive has by default is Ex Fat if the drive is partitioned in a different file system it will not work wirelessly.
