EX2 Ultra drive failure

Looking for some help on what to do…

I have received a number of critical error messages, including:

Drive SMART Failure
_ The drive 1 self-check failed. Contact WD Support._
_ Sunday, 31 December, 2017 11:25:06 AM Code:3_

_ Volume Degraded_
_ Volume 1 degraded. Please check status of drive by running Disk Test in Settings >> Utilities._
_ Sunday, 31 December, 2017 11:11:39 AM Code:208_

_ Drive Failed_
_ Drive failed in Bay 1. Replace the failed drive. Contact WD Support._
_ Sunday, 31 December, 2017 3:16:07 AM Code:201_

Under Storage > RAID, it states:

RAID Profile
_ RAID Health Degraded_
_ One or more RAID volumes are degraded._

_ RAID Volume Volume_1RAID 1 7.93 TB Degraded_

I’ve rebooted and haven’t done anything other than go to Settings > Utilities to run a Disk Test, as per the error messages above.

I’ve logged an enquiry to WD support and am awaiting a response.

Any advice on what to do in the meantime? I am terrified of losing data (but I assume since the other volume is ok, I’ll be safe)…but is there anything I can do?
