I am trying to get my EX2 Ultra configured via a Windows 10 PC and I can log in to the mycloud account via browser but I am not able to do very much. It is always shown as offline and that’s about all I can really see. I have tried to map the EX2 by IP address but then it appears in File Explorer but no login window appears. I also tried enabling SMB 1.0/CIFS but that didn’t help so I turned that off. I also put it into DMZplus mode on my AT&T U-Verse router. That didn’t help either. I was trying to figure out how to allow a specific range of TCP ports but I think that I hit my skill limit at that point. Any other ideas or suggestions? Thank you!
