Hello, I updated the firmware on a very well functioning EX2 Ultra, with a functioning connection to mycloud.com. The update went well, but the connection to mycloud seems to no longer be there. I can not sign in to os5.mycloud.com with my original mycloud login info, and in my usual mycloud shows the EX2 Ultra as not connected. Another thing that is broken is the apps function. The app store just show a ‘loading …’ message and nothing happens.

My Cloud OS 3 is not compatible with OS 5.
Did you enable Cloud Access as admin?
- Click the Cloud Access tab
- Select the Admin User
- Ensure that Cloud Services is enabled
- Click “Sign In” as admin
Mmm i brought the disk home with me, now it seems to connect and offers me an admin option. Could it be that the new os5 is using some ports that are usually closed on a company network ?
@dlf I recommend performing a System Only Restore to clear the current device state.
The System Only will not delete any data.
