Hi

Is it possible to extend laptop’s desktop on the TV through the WD TV Live ?

Is it possible to browse web pages directly from WD TV Live ?

Is it possible to extend laptop’s desktop on the TV through the WD TV Live ?  You will be able to play files that you have store on the PC through the network. However, you wont be able to play a file that you are streaming on the PC.

Is it possible to browse web pages directly from WD TV Live ? some people says that there’s one but I havent see it.

you can, for example, goto hulu.com, (not plus) and login… painfully slow.

however, this leads to the possibilty of intercepting the google.com address and redirecting to a script

on your local pc.

Having said that, it would be more useful to replicate what playon has done.

so you could run your own scripts.

but unfortunatly what I wanted to do It doesn’t. I mean I have to install Sopcast to see some TV and it can’t be installed or at least it didn’t work, if any ideas please help.
