I have a 4TB sharespace that says that its data volume has failed & was in raid 5 configuration, but all 4 drives have a good status. I read on one of the help forums to clean one of the drives & this would prompt the drive to automatically reinstate the raid configuration, but this didn’t happen. So now I have 3 drives that have a good status & 1 that has a new status. All my photos & music is on this machine & don’t want to lose it!
Any help?
Hello, try powering OFF the Sharespace, remove every hard drive and then place them back again in the same position, and then turn ON the Sharespace.
