Hi, About 3 weeks ago I purchased a 12TB EX2 Ultra. Between photos and videos, I have a little over 3tb stored on it. Currently, only my laptop is on the network. This device is on a table, and the room is not warm.
My concern is the fan is running constantly. When I look up the health, it shows the fan is at 10000, and the hd’s are 41 and 40 degrees f.
Should I be concerned?
