Fan stopped working after firmware update EX 4100

I updated the firmware to 2.11.140 on my EX 4100 and now the fan do not turn. And the power button flashes red. Display says Fan not working, and fan speed rpm 0

Is there any idea to downgrade the firmware, or is the NAS ready for the bin in lee than a year of use?

Perhaps it would be best to contact WD Support about this. You can do so over the phone or via E-mail.

Hi Yes i tried, but when i filled a online request, with serial number field. It additionally requested a model number, and such a field is not available. I tried to call but the support is closed.
