Files that disappear and duplicate

Hello everyone. I come to explain what is happening with my CLOUD. If it is working on the MYCLOUD site there are files that do not appear (photos, videos …), if you are using it in my Smarphone, everything appears. I have the CLOUD updated. I use Windows 10. Another peculiarity, when I try to access through my SMART TV there are duplicate videos, something that has never happened before.

In Windows 10 are you looking at everything using File Explorer for the share you want to view the files in? See example image below. Click on, tap or activate image to enlarge it and see complete image.
