Yesterday night, I performed a firmware upgrade as requested and now I can’t access the hardware. My power blue LED is constantly flashing. I tried the power off and the 40 seconds reset and still the power blue LED is flashing. If this continue throughout the night no doubt will need to contact WD. I had this device only for two days.
