I did a 60 sec reset on my my MyCloud Home, with the power and ethernet plugged in. Now I have a flashing white light with no sound of the drives spinning. I left it on overnight and the light is still flashing. I have disconnected the drive from my account on the desktop app and the laptop will not see the drive. The ethernet connection is fine with the usual green flashing light and tested it with a laptop.
I had problem with the reset during the setup of the MCH. The book says hold for 60 seconds but that didn’t work so I held the reset button in until the machine switched it’s self off, it took about 85 sceonds. So if your still trying to reset I would just go through the steps but on reset hold the button until the cloud switches off. Hope this helps.
same situation here, anyone can help, mycloud home went offline and tried to reset many times but no result. When I checked to my wired router connection it is also not there (How about yours guys??) Will never buy WD anymore!
