I’ve just purchased a 6tb MyCloud Home, and installed it with ( I thought) no issues.
I have local access through Windows 11, and have installed the web app on my phone, and connected using the code on the card included with the drive.
For some reason, the folders that I create in the app are not appearing on the drive, and the folders I created on the drive are not appearing in the app. I assume that this must be some sort of misconfiguration, but would be grateful to know if anyone else has had similar issues?
User error - mistook user space with public etc and not finding their folders
My Cloud Home (MCH) is busy indexing and has not updated the the file on SMB share
MCH is malfunctioning and can’t update the folders.
Usually home users don’t bother to follow up with their results so other users can’t learn from these observations, but in most cases the files and folders will be updated in a day or two depending on the state of the drive, the age and amount of data on the MCH.
