Folders don't ever finish copying ... this drive is a piece of garbage?!

I’m on Big Sur with a MYCLOUD NAS drive.
Every time I attempt to copy a fairly large folder from my Finder onto my MYCLOUD drive via drag and drop, I get this error message.

The Finder can’t complete the operation because some data in “Muse-Concierge” can’t be read or written.
(Error code -36)

How do I resolve this?

This drive, honestly, is such a waste of money … so frustrating!

Is this suggesting that every time I want to copy files from my computer (Mac) to the MyCloud drive, I have to run this terminal command?
