This hapens everytime i want to logg in to my divice, the password does not work. (Do you schange it while I´m not logged in?) How do I reset it to a pasword I can use to logg in? If you say reset, pleas tell me how step by step and what the default password is.

4 second reset will reset the My Cloud Dashboard password to default (blank). A 40 second reset will reset the My Cloud administrator user name back to “admin” and the password back to default (blank).
What share are you trying to sign in to? Provide an image of what you see asking for a password. Have you changed anything on your My Cloud that would cause it to ask for a password?
As you can see, I have a password reminder word. It is a word I often use as a reminder and I combine the meaning of the word in a organized way according to what site or application I´m using. This time it does just not work…
I tried to reset, pressed the reset for seconds but the devise still demands a password and it is not default (blank).
That screen capture indicates you are using the WD My Cloud Desktop program. That password, which a user sets through the WD My Cloud Desktop software, is SEPARATE from the password used to access the My Cloud Dashboard. A My Cloud reset only affects the My Cloud Dashboard password not the My Cloud Desktop password.
The dialog box in your screen capture is giving you the password hint.
One could always try uninstalling the Desktop software and reinstall it to see if that clears the Desktop password.
It should be noted that for local network access to a My Cloud one does not need to use any WD software. Instead one uses a file manager like Windows File Manager or Mac Finder. One can “map” the local My Cloud to their computer to make local network access easier.

I have access to the storage as a local map om my PC and i can access the devise on My Cloud, i´ts just that I can´n logg in to the devise it selves thru the app. I´ll try to reinstall the app and see what happens…
