Formatted Hard Drive, I Want Data Recovery From It

Recently I format my hard drive, but today I realised there are some documents that are very important for me. Now I am unable to get back my lost file. Is there any solution

First, you must stop using the drive. Any additional saves/writes can make recovery more difficult.
