Ground Hog nightmare

This has happened twice recently and I don’t know why.  After loading new content into my WDTVLiveHub, I find that no matter what selection I make, the same video plays.  No matter what folder I go into (TV Shows, Movies) the same title plays irregardless of what I actually chose and its not a video I recently loaded.  Just the same movie over and over.   I have cleared the media library content several times and let it rebuild but that doesn’t resolve the problem.  I tried so many things the last time it happened I can’t remember what finally fixed it before.  I’m trying everything I can think of again.  I am running the latest firmware.  Everything stored internally on the built-in HD.  I can see all files correctly when viewing from a PC on my home network but only one video can actually play.  Anyone ever experience this?

Have you tried resetting the hub to factory defaults?  

Have you tried temporary removing the video which constantly plays to see what happens?

Resetting to factory defaults cleared it up this time.  I believe the first time this happened I deleted the repeating video and then of course had to reload it later.  I do enjoy the WDTV Live Hub and think its a great addition to the viewing pleasure at my home but the unit is flaky from time to time with things like this happening.
