i got a call from your end on 10th November saing will received hard disk in 2 days. till date not received it. Nor there is a status update on this RMA. No Courier details. Its just all r saing i will get it but when i ask why is it delayed no knows that… Can u tell me atleast a reson why is it delayed? and hard disk is under warranty for 3 years and almost more then 20% of the warranty period the hard disk was with u.
I wish i could take this matter to consumer court, but as thiis is not that expenvice thing nor i wanna waste my time because of u.
But to be honest this is really a bad service and i am, stuck as i have all my companies machine using WD but this time i have made a point. no more going for new WD hdd.
I personally feel Samsung and Seagate r much better as they have service centre and i can atleast catch hold of them face to face, here no 1 wanna give their direct no. nor wanna explain why is this happening.
I just now have one suggestion please make your service Quick and also the nos which r given to talk to your call centres are really difficult to get through.
