upload file to my cloud but it always keep “5 seconds remaining” & never Stop…
i’ve tried 2 times with two big file. seperately…
2.9 GB;
3.68GB.
upload never stop…
is this with wd2go.com mapping?
at least in WIndows the going fast in the bigining is Windows makeing a copy to a temp location, then it does the actual Internet copy which can take a very long time depending on bandwidth
with the above being said it does also have issues with completeing which I am trying to investigate
Are you able to provide an image of what you are seeing? What OS are you using, Windows or Mac? Did you use drag and drop? The more information provided the easier for someone to help and possible solve the problem.
