I have a big problem, I can´t access anything, I tried the 40s reset and when I go to the dashboard it gives me the languge choice, I pick one, after that enters in the theoretical dashboard and a window appears telling me “updating” and after that if I refresh the dashboard I get a blank page.
The light is blinking in green all the time and I cannot access to the drive, not over the network, not over ssh and not over FTP, and I cannot access the dashboard to enable SSH.
Ideas please, I need to recover this drive ASAP!
